WIP Bike Bag

This is an octagonal bag designed to be placed under the seat.  It is big enough to hold my tire levers, a can of compressed air, a dollar bill and my cell phone in a pinch. I could use some advice. My bike is all black and was wanting some input on if I should dye the bag black as well.
